2. **Refund Process:** Upon receiving a refund request, our customer service team will promptly review the claim and assess its validity. If the claim meets our refund criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will typically be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Customers may be required to return any unused portion of their order as part of the refund process.

3. **Non-Refundable Items:** Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as gift cards, promotional offers, or discounts. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for issues resulting from customer error, including incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of order placement.
